This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through www.ir-deco.com.

Made-to-order production
Most IR DECO products are manufactured after an order is placed. This allows us to produce each product carefully and avoid unnecessary stock.
Standard catalogue products may still be eligible for return in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer laws.
Products that are made to the customer’s specifications or are clearly personalised may not be eligible for return under the right of withdrawal, unless the product is faulty, damaged, or does not match the order.
Custom-made or personalised products include, for example:

products made in non-standard dimensions;

products made according to the customer’s drawing or special technical requirements;

products with custom text, logo, name, or engraving;

products with custom hole positions, mounting points, or special design changes;
-
products painted in a custom colour requested by the customer;

any other product clearly produced specifically for one customer and not part of our standard catalogue configuration.

Right of withdrawal for EU consumers
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, unless an exception applies.
The 14-day withdrawal period starts from the day you, or a person appointed by you, receives the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us within 14 days after receiving the goods by using the withdrawal/cancellation function available on our website or by contacting us at:

Returning the goods
After informing us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Before returning large or heavy products, please contact us so we can agree on the safest return method.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, clean, and returned in suitable packaging. You may inspect the product in the same way as you would normally inspect it in a shop, but you may be responsible for any loss in value caused by unnecessary handling, installation, damage, scratches, use, or improper packaging during return shipping.

Refunds
If the withdrawal right applies and the goods are returned in acceptable condition, we will refund the payment received from you, including the standard delivery cost paid at the time of purchase.
We do not refund additional delivery costs if you selected a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery option offered by us.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been shipped back.

Damaged or incorrect products
Please inspect the goods as soon as possible after delivery.
If the product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ircnc.eu and include:

your order number;

a short description of the issue;

photos of the product;

photos of the packaging;

photos of any visible transport damage.
If the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will offer a suitable solution, such as repair, replacement, missing parts, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the situation.
In these cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us where a return is required.

Legal guarantee
This policy does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
For consumers in the European Union, products are covered by the legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not conform to the contract. If a product has a defect or does not match the agreed description, you may have the right to repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

Non-returnable products
Unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we do not accept returns for:

custom-made products;

personalised products;
-
products made to customer drawings or specifications;

products with custom dimensions, custom colours, custom patterns, custom holes, or special modifications;

products that have been installed, used, damaged, painted, modified, drilled, cut, bent, or otherwise changed by the customer;

products returned without suitable packaging and damaged during return transport.

Order cancellations
Because most IR DECO products are manufactured after order confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order.
If production has not started, we will usually be able to cancel the order and issue a refund.
If production has already started for a custom-made or personalised product, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to costs already incurred.

Business customers
For purchases made by companies or other business customers, return and cancellation rights may differ from consumer rights. Business orders may be returned only if agreed separately or if the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
