These Terms of Service apply to the use of the IR DECO online store and to purchases made through our website.

IR DECO is operated by SIA “IR CNC”, registration No. 44103138381, VAT No. LV44103138381, address: Alejas iela 2, Cēsis, Cēsu nov., LV-4101, Latvia.

By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

  1. About IR DECO

IR DECO offers laser-cut metal products, decorative metal panels, bin enclosures, outdoor covers, architectural metal elements, and other related products.

Most products are manufactured after an order is placed. Some products are standard catalogue products, while others may be custom-made or personalised according to the customer’s specifications.

  1. Online store platform

Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to display products, accept orders, process payments, and manage the online shopping experience.

Use of the website may also be subject to Shopify’s applicable terms, privacy notices, payment processing terms, and technical requirements.

  1. Product information

We do our best to display product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colours, images, prices, and other information as accurately as possible.

However, product photos, renders, colours, surface finishes, and visual examples may differ slightly from the actual product due to screen settings, lighting, production process, painting method, material batch, or other technical reasons.

Unless otherwise stated, dimensions may have reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Metal products may also have small variations that are normal for laser cutting, bending, welding, painting, and assembly.

Decorative patterns and visual designs may vary slightly depending on product size, production adjustments, mounting requirements, and technical limitations.

  1. Orders

When you place an order, you confirm that all information provided by you is accurate, complete, and up to date.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean that the order has been finally accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order if:

  • the product is unavailable;

  • there is an error in price, description, or product information;

  • the payment is not completed;

  • the delivery address is not serviceable;

  • the order appears to be fraudulent or incorrect;

  • the order cannot be produced due to technical reasons;

  • the order includes custom requirements that we cannot fulfil.

If we cancel an order that has already been paid, we will refund the paid amount.

  1. Prices and taxes

Product prices are shown on the website in the selected currency.

Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on the website settings, customer location, and applicable tax rules. The final price, taxes, and shipping cost will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed, unless there was an obvious pricing error.

  1. Payments

Payments are processed through Shopify and available payment providers.

We do not store full payment card details. Payment information is handled by payment service providers according to their own security standards and policies.

The order will usually be processed after successful payment confirmation.

  1. Made-to-order and production time

Most IR DECO products are manufactured after order confirmation.

Standard production time is shown on the product page, checkout page, or order confirmation where applicable. Production time is an estimate and may vary depending on workload, material availability, product complexity, painting process, and other production factors.

Production time is separate from shipping time. Shipping starts after the product has been manufactured, inspected, packed, and prepared for dispatch.

If production is delayed, we will try to inform you as soon as reasonably possible.

  1. Custom-made and personalised products

Some products may be made according to the customer’s specifications. This may include custom dimensions, custom colours, custom patterns, custom holes, custom mounting points, customer drawings, logos, text, engraving, or other special changes.

The customer is responsible for checking and confirming all custom requirements before production starts.

Custom-made or personalised products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or withdrawal once production has started, unless the product is faulty, damaged, or does not match the confirmed order.

  1. Delivery and shipping

Delivery options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout or agreed separately.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs procedures, weather, holidays, address errors, or other circumstances outside our control.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address, phone number, and email address.

For large or heavy products, delivery may require special handling. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible for the courier or transport provider.

If the package or product is visibly damaged during delivery, please take photos of the packaging and product and contact us as soon as possible.

  1. Installation and use

Unless specifically agreed in writing, product prices do not include installation.

The customer is responsible for safe installation, correct fixing, suitable ground or wall structure, local building requirements, and appropriate use of the product.

Some products may require professional installation, especially gates, fences, balcony elements, railing infills, wall-mounted panels, large bin enclosures, heat pump covers, or other larger metal structures.

IR DECO products must be used only for their intended purpose. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, unsuitable fixing, misuse, modification, overloading, poor maintenance, or use in unsuitable conditions.

  1. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, order cancellations, withdrawal rights, damaged goods, and non-returnable products are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

The Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.

  1. Legal guarantee and defective products

If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights if a product is faulty, damaged, or does not match the agreed description.

For consumers in the European Union, products are covered by the legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not conform to the contract.

If you believe that a product is defective, please contact us at info@ircnc.eu and include your order number, description of the issue, and photos where possible.

Depending on the situation and applicable law, we may offer repair, replacement, missing parts, price reduction, or refund.

The legal guarantee does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, accidental damage, modifications, lack of maintenance, normal wear and tear, corrosion caused by damaged coating, chemical exposure, mechanical impact, or other external factors not caused by a production defect.

  1. Product maintenance

Metal products used outdoors require reasonable care and maintenance.

Painted or coated surfaces should be protected from mechanical damage, scratches, impacts, aggressive chemicals, and prolonged contact with corrosive substances.

If the protective coating is damaged, the affected area should be repaired as soon as possible to reduce the risk of corrosion.

The customer is responsible for regular inspection and maintenance of the product after delivery and installation.

  1. Business customers

If you purchase products as a company, legal entity, or for business use, consumer withdrawal rights may not apply.

Business orders, custom orders, project orders, and B2B purchases may be subject to separate written agreements, quotations, invoices, or payment terms.

If a separate written agreement exists, that agreement will apply together with these Terms, unless it states otherwise.

  1. Intellectual property

All content on the website, including product images, designs, renders, drawings, text, logos, graphics, patterns, product names, and website content, belongs to IR DECO, SIA “IR CNC”, or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, use, or commercially exploit our designs, images, text, or other content without our prior written consent.

Purchasing a product does not give you any rights to copy, reproduce, manufacture, or resell our designs.

  1. Prohibited use

You may not use the website or our products for unlawful, harmful, misleading, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

You may not interfere with the website’s security, attempt to gain unauthorised access, upload malicious code, misuse customer accounts, copy website content, or use the website in a way that may damage our business, systems, or other users.

  1. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, installation costs, removal costs, third-party costs, or other consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by law, including mandatory consumer rights.

  1. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, transport disruptions, customs delays, supplier delays, power outages, internet failures, government restrictions, accidents, material shortages, or other force majeure events.

  1. Privacy

Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

By using the website or placing an order, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

  1. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

The latest version will be published on our website with the updated date. The Terms that apply to your order are the Terms in force at the time the order is placed, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

  1. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

If you are a consumer, this does not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights that you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
