PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A modern and durable metal enclosure designed to hide and protect one standard 240 L waste bin. Made from 2 mm painted steel, this bin enclosure combines practical everyday use with a clean architectural look for private homes, gardens, terraces, apartment buildings and commercial outdoor areas.
The laser-cut metal design provides ventilation while keeping the bin visually hidden. The front door allows easy access for removing and emptying the bin, while the top-opening lid makes everyday waste disposal simple and convenient.
The enclosure is weather resistant and suitable for outdoor use. Adjustable feet help level the unit on different surfaces, and the lockable door adds extra security and stability.

RETURN POLICY
All IR DECO products are made to order. Each product is produced after the order is confirmed, based on the selected size, pattern and finish.
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or if the customer no longer wants the product after production has started.
Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the confirmed order.
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
- your order number
- photos of the product
- photos of the packaging
- a short description of the issue
After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the situation.
Returned products must be unused and, where possible, returned in the original packaging.
Custom sizes, custom colours, custom patterns, personalised designs, logos, house numbers and special-order products cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake or a manufacturing defect.
SHIPPING
All IR DECO products are made to order and shipped from Cēsis, Latvia.
Shipping prices shown at checkout are estimated based on product size, package volume, weight and delivery destination. Because our products are large and bulky, shipping costs may vary depending on the final package size and courier conditions.
We work with external shipping companies, and final delivery prices depend on their rates, service availability and delivery zone.
For larger orders, multiple products or special delivery destinations, there may be cases where the shipping price needs to be recalculated individually. In such cases, we will contact you before shipping and confirm the final delivery cost.
Shipping prices may also change for difficult-to-reach areas, islands, remote locations or other special delivery zones. If additional shipping charges apply, we will contact you by e-mail before dispatching the order.
Free pickup is available from Cēsis, Latvia.
WARRANTY AND MANUFACTURING
All IR DECO products are made to order in Latvia by SIA IR CNC. Each product is produced after the order is confirmed, based on the selected size, pattern and finish.
Our standard manufacturing time is approximately 5 working days. After production is completed, the product is packed and handed over to the shipping company for delivery.
Each flower box is manufactured from laser-cut metal parts, welded into a strong construction and finished with a protective powder-coated surface. The product is designed for indoor and outdoor use, and the powder-coated finish helps protect the metal against normal weather conditions.
Before shipping, each product is checked to make sure it matches the confirmed order, including size, pattern and finish.
Warranty
IR DECO products include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty covers defects related to manufacturing, welding, structure, coating errors caused by production, or a product that does not match the confirmed order.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect handling, installation, misuse, mechanical damage, aggressive chemicals, salt exposure, unsuitable maintenance, or normal wear over time.
For warranty claims, please contact us by e-mail with your order number, photos of the product and a short description of the issue.
CUSTOM MADE ORDERS
We offer custom-made IR DECO products for individual projects, special sizes, custom patterns and special colour requirements.
The best way to request a custom order is to contact us by e-mail before placing the order. Please describe what you need, and we will review your request and prepare an individual quotation.
For custom orders, please provide the following information:
Custom pattern
If you would like an individual laser-cut pattern, logo, house number, text or special design, we will need a .DXF file for production.
Custom size
If you need a product in a different size, please send us all required dimensions: width, length, height and any other important measurements.
Custom colour
If you need a colour different from our standard finish, please send us the required RAL colour code.
Custom-made products are quoted individually depending on size, material, pattern complexity, colour and shipping destination.
Please note that custom-made products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective or do not match the confirmed order.
